1. Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Riga?
Yes, we offer fast same-day flower delivery in Riga if the order is placed before 13:00 (on Saturdays before 10:00).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays, except on Mother’s Day (second Sunday of May), or if February 14th or March 8th falls on a Sunday.
To ensure your order can be prepared and delivered on time, we recommend placing it as early as possible.
On holidays and during peak periods, delivery times may be limited.
2. Can I order flowers online from abroad?
Yes, you can easily order flowers online even if you are outside Latvia. Orders can be paid for online, and we will deliver the flowers to the selected address in Riga or, when available, elsewhere in Latvia.
3. Will the bouquet look the same as in the photo?
We always try to make the bouquet as close to the photo as possible.
In some cases, due to seasonality or product availability, certain flowers or packaging details may be replaced with similar items while keeping the same overall style, color palette, and value.
4. Can I add a greeting card or a gift?
Yes, you can add a greeting card, balloons, sweets, cake, a teddy bear, a fruit basket, and other gifts to your order.
It is a great way to make your flower delivery even more special.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer convenient and secure online payment. The exact payment methods are shown during checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order right away.
6. Do you deliver only in Riga?
Our main delivery area is Riga and the surrounding region within approximately a 40 km radius. However, in some cases we also provide delivery to other cities in Latvia.
If you need flower delivery outside Riga, we recommend checking delivery availability during checkout.
If, after entering the postal code, you see the message:
“Unfortunately, delivery is not available to the specified address”,
it means that either the postal code was entered incorrectly or delivery is not available to the selected address.
